Some of my workspace members are not receiving email notifications, myself included, I volunteer for an animal rescue organization, and the issue seems to be with some of our GSuite (nonprofit version) email addresses.
The test notification did not come through for my GSuite account, my personal email account is receiving notifications.
But it's not the whole organization, some of our users are getting email notifications. We think we have whitelisted the domains we need to. One of my IT admins checked the email log and it didn't show any incoming test email - nothing was bounced or filtered out. We had a couple other volunteers try the test notification and it worked, and those notifications did show up in our GSuite email log.

Thank you! I got in touch with support and it turned out there was a block on my notifications due to a reject/bounce. Thay have sorted everything for me :)
