Hi everyone!

I helped a client of mine submit a request for the Trello discount for nonprofits.

However, it seems like we can't get an answer from the team.

We already submitted 3 requests in 2 months and got some generic replies but NO clear answer. Seems like nobody is managing this process.

Do you know if there's any internal issue?

Anybody else experiencing the same issue?
