Trello for Gmail - Not all of email is transferring to card

Lately my Trello for Gmail is not transferring the whole email (just parts of the email) -- which is messing up our workflow...any way to fix this.

I can't offer much help with the issue your having unfortunately, but would be interesting to know if it is being truncated?
