Trello email notification issues

For one week ago, I didn't reveice any notifications trello on my email although I was subscribe on my board.

I test the result was

Successfully sent a test notification to

The message contains the unique token "d86a6d34"
(this may help you search for the message if it was sent to your spam folder)


but i didn't receive nothing.

Can somoene help me?
