Hi
I am trying to open Trello via the desktop app on a MacBook, but all I get is a menu bar. Wen I go to View Windows it says I have an active window, but nothing is showing on my screen. I have closed down all programs and restarted numerous times. Same problem. I have also force quit Trello numerous times but still having the same problem.
I ended up deleting Trello and reinstalling but am still having the same problem.
Please help???

Can you try a clean reinstall using these steps: [How to Uninstall the Trello Desktop App|https://help.trello.com/article/1107-how-to-uninstall-the-trello-desktop-app] to see if that helps? A normal fresh install via the AppStore might not be helping with that issue as many files do not get removed during that process. The steps outlined in the link mentioned above should do the trick.
