Trello connector for Jira is not working

I've got a trial version of Jira Service Desk v 8.4.0 on my VM and i have a trello dashboard.

I added JIRA power-up to my dashboard and installed Trello Connector for Jira Server (i have a server version).

So i'm trying to sync them, entering URL of my JIRA web-app into JIRA power-up setting, but it says that i need to install Trello Connector for Jira Server (which is already installed and turned on).

I tried to reinstall it several times and rebooted my VM but nothing happened.

How can i fix it?
