Hi, one of our users has requested automation to be turned on.
We have enterprise within the organisation so I assumed this would work automatically but doesn't look to be the case.
Is it possible to turn this on manually for a single user?

Automation should be available to all Trello users. It's possible that the user in question is an observer on a specific board, which might be preventing them from using Automation.
If the user has access to the Automation menu, and is looking to view or edit a specific rule, it's essential to know that only the rule's creator has that privilege. Additionally, Workspace admins can deactivate it using the administrative powers.
It's also possible that they are referring to an automation button, which can be shared by following the instructions in this document.
If a user can't access Automation via the board menu, my recommendation would be to open a ticket with Trello support for further investigation.
