I am logged in to my Trello account on my phone and all my data is there. I logged in to my Trello account on my computer several weeks ago and it asked me if I wanted to add 2-step authentication. I agreed and then it never worked on any of the authentication apps. I saw a pop up message saying I had migrated over to Atlassian. ??? For now, I still have all my boards on my phone but I seem to have no account on the web application, which I need. I have submitted 2 support tickets over the last week or two with no response. Does anyone know how to reach support at Trello/Atlassian live? Or does anyone have a solution as to how I can log in to Trello on their web application?

In this case, I recommend you check both accounts' usernames. You might have two or more accounts associated with different emails.
