I am using the Trello Windows app and have added the JotForm power up to a board. When I choose to "Change a form" it then asks me to link my JotForm account, which is fine then it asks to "Allow" Trello to access my JotForm account, which is fine.
However, once I click "Allow" it Trello gets stuck on the screen that says, "Authenticating user, please wait a moment..." It doesn't move past this screen

Due to some bugs in the underlying framework the app is built on (Electron), some Power-Ups do not successfully authenticate through the desktop app(which is why you're hitting a snag here). I'm afraid that right now the JotForm Power-Up won't function properly in the desktop app.
Our team is actively working with the developers of the framework to get this functioning in a future version of the desktop app, however I don't have an ETA on when that would be currently.
In the meantime, I'd recommend using the web version of Trello with JotForm.
