Have user getting a message stating "account is inactive" when trying to login to trello via Microsoft SSO. Currently not seeing an active account to reactivate?

Purely as a test, can you ask them to try logging in without any MS stuff? Ask them to visit, and log into, id.atlassian.com or my.atlassian.com - these both ask people to use an Atlassian account to log in, and your Trello use needs to be using an Atlassian account (the SSO is a layer above, I am only checking the basics)
