Trello Linked Personal and Work Emails Accounts

I have two Trello accounts -- one under my personal email and one under my work email At some point they were both linked, and I cannot disentangle them. Logging into one email gives me access to both accounts. I am leaving my current job soon, and I do not want my personal Trello linked to my work one. In fact, I may not be able to access either after I leave my organization.

Any thoughts about disentangling the two accounts? It was obnoxious that Trello just did this in the first place.
