Hi,
We're having issues using the Trello/JIRA plugin - we're using JIRA Server, but it is open to the internet and not using SSO as per your documentation. We have also installed the JIRA plugin. We're using JIRA 7.13.5.
Our users cannot authenticate via OAuth - when clicking "Connect to Jira" they get a OAuth consent screen from our JIRA server, click "Accept" and then the process hangs.
As a JIRA administrator, I can authenticate with no issues. Our users then see our JIRA server in the Trello Power-Up, but nothing is displayed when they try to attach an issue to a Trello card.
All functionality works as expected for me as a Jira administrator.
Are there any extra permissions required for JIRA to issue OAuth tokens? No elevated access is mentioned in the documentation.
Thanks,
Craig
Hey @CraigWatson
Would you be okay with continuing our investigation of this in our email thread we have going? I'll be sure to follow up with you there once we've done some additional digging.
Thanks!
