Is there a way to opt out of the incident notification emails? I generally don't need to see them, and I'd just as soon not have them in my inbox.
Edited to add: I know I can use filters on my inbox to shuffle these off into the nether, but I'm interested in seeing if they can be stopped altogether.
Hi @Julie Faas - I'm not aware of any opt-out function - we generally don't have these for things like notifications or incident reports as users may want to see these in the future and may struggle to then opt-in. I recommend adding a filter or rule to your email as you've already suggested - you may never know when you need an incident report or notification (for example, we ask users to look through email notifications when they lose a board).
Hi @Julie Faas
