Hi, we have an integration set up that creates a Trello card on our content corrections board if we tag a Helpscout conversation with "trello-corrections". It used to work for years, but now it always seems to create two identical cards instead of one, despite only one email being forwarded.
I'm not sure what extra information is required for you to help. This is making our workflow tedious. Hope someone can chime in with support here.
