Trello Email Notifications

Options for receiving emails are limited.

Emails on specific action items are great but would like to have a setting option of being notified ONLY when a new card is created or archived.

I understood work was being done on Trello notification options. What can we expect from that effort?

One option you could try is setting up a butler rule. Something like:

 

"When a card is added to list (or board), send an email notification to [email address]..."

 

Using this condition in butler rules actually opens up the receiving email notification options tremendously. They have to be set up manually this way though.
