I activated the Dropbox power up and want to attach a file using Dropbox. Trello prompots me to log in in Dropbox, but the log in window freezes. It works on Windows Edge, but on Chrome I tryied everything without success, also deleting cache and all browser data. Anyone experiencing the same and found a solution?

Events like this are usually either network related, which doesn't sound like the problem in this case, or browser extension related. Do you have any extensions active in Chrome? Could you try logging into Trello inside of an incognito window to see if that makes any difference? I would also suggest reaching out to us at https://trello.com/contact, where we can collect some more specific browser information and work with you to find out what's preventing that from loading!
