Trello Desktop Notification Setting Not Showing Up

I am currently using Chrome on Windows 10.
After checking several settings everything should be working for my notifications to show up, however, the setting to toggle them on isn't. Is there something I'm missing?

Huh... actually... I don't know what I did... but after going to Site Settings and choosing "Allow" it started working!

Also, after doing this I did have to Reload the Trello page and focus off of the tab/window to get it to pop the notification
