Hi,

My team recently started using Trello and we are running into an issue with the calendar. When we change due dates on cards, they do not change position on the calendar. For example: If we organize our workflow to indicate 3 projects during the day, one that is going to take place from 9-12, another from 1-3, and another from 4-6 - The organization based on time does not occur on the calendar, and the tasks/work/jobs are not listed on the calendar view based on time. Any help would be appreciated.

I have played around with the due dates and start dates with no luck. I would like to be able to edit the times that cards are due, and see that adjust the cards position on the calendar, so that our team can quickly take a glance at what is next up and what is in the pipeline for the day/week.

Thanks

Hello, Lawson!

Are you using Trello Calendar Power or Planyway/Google Synch? Can you provide more details about them?

In case it's our native calendar, If I understood correctly, you want the hour of the expiration of the task to show on the calendar; currently, there's no configuration that can show this number, but you can use it as a workaround by putting the hour of the task on the title of the card. Also, there is sadly no way to sort in the calendar view by due dates/times, you can drag and draw the cards to change the order in case you need to change the due time.

Kind regards,
Alisson
