Trello Business Class - No response to help desk email

Have sent several emails to help with Trello Business Class.  I have not received response for weeks now.  This is related to being a Business Class user/team trying to add multiple Power-Ups on a single board.

I can see that we have responded. Did you get the emails in the meantime? If not, please check your spam folder as well - just in case our response ended up there.
