Trello Bot (WebEx Teams): create a new authorization

Can you tell me how I create a new authorization? The first time I ever connected to Trello I was given the option to “Link Trello Account”, but I do not see how to do that again. I am now getting the message below when I try to access Trello from WebEx Teams

"Cannot perform the requested action. Please create a new authorization and try again."

Hi Michael,

 

I'll admit that our team has never used this integration, so it's not immediately clear to me where that error is coming from—WebEx Teams or Trello.

 

I found this page on setting up that integration, so this might be a good place to start in getting reconnected: https://help.webex.com/en-us/xe40u2/Trello-Bot-for-Webex-Teams

 

Have a look at that, and if you're still having trouble, either the WebEx Teams support link on that page, or Trello's Support team at https://trello.com/contact can help get you back in action.
