Trello - BigPicture Power-Up not importing tasks

Guys,

I've spent a whole day on transferring my project to Trello only due to the fact that I wanted to use your Big Picture extension.
I managed to get started and left it yesterday with data being displayed on the Gantt chart.
To my surprise, there is nothing out there today and the message I'm getting is as below:

Info

You don't have defined any perspectives. Please go to configuration page and create one.

I do not know what this could mean....
Any configuration that is out there allows me to pick the program lead in General configuration and owner/boards in scope definition. All is and was set to my name and the board that I am using --> Polish Cyber Week

Is there any hope my work from yesterday is not gone?

I just got a reply from the team softwareplant.com explaining that there was an issue with introduction of the new release of the software.

The bug has been fixed since and all is good so far.

Point for the team for coming back on my inquiry in quite good timing.
