Trello API - Member products

Hi,

Would like to as about Trello API for member products. We subscribe 20 premium users. It show in the billing. However when we retrieve member products via Trello API, there are 20 members records, however only 1 user have value 10 under Product. The rest of the member show null value.

All member assign in workspace with different card boards.

Is there anything missing configuration or any issues in the Trello API?

You're going to want to check the product code on the organization (workspace), not the member.

Member products is for per-user products, like Trello Gold (which is discontinued). Trello Standard/Premium offerings are on the organization.

Thanks. Do you mean product code in https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-organizations/#api-organizations-id-memberships-get has been discontinued? Which product code like 10, 37, 38 no longer being used.

So we should check the product code in https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-organizations/#api-organizations-id-get . example product code 111 for organization. mean all the member under this organization should refer to product code 111?

Do let me know if I understand correct.
