Technical support not working? Who to contact? Paid for a subscription, but it doesn't work, money was withdrawn and now you don't answer? No response for over a month.
We paid for the subscription in November 2024, why was it cancelled and you are trying to charge our cards again? Transaction:

We had paid for an annual subscription, but it appears that Trello still attempted to charge us again but monthly. As a result, one of our boards as free, but we paid 180$.
Additionally, we would appreciate any clarification on why this payment issue occurred despite our annual plan being active.

Someone from the customer advocate team has updated that support case with an explanation. I would recommend following up in that support case if you have further questions or concerns about the billing.
