To do lists

If I have multiple people accessing the same boards, is there a way to create a to do list that each person can use individually?

If you wanted these to do lists on the boards themselves, I'd recommend creating lists for each of those members, then have the assigned member watch that list.

Alternatively, you could have your team members explore their My Cards page: https://trello.com/my/cards. That page will show an aggregated list of all cards they are assigned to currently.
