Our tech support uses Microsoft Teams as their phone service. When calls come in they go to voicemail and they get them in Outlook. From there they put the voicemails and info from the email into a card in Trello. Up until a week or so ago they could just drag and drop the entire Outlook email with the voicemail attachment and everything right into the card and it worked without any issues.
Now when they drag the emails, or even just the voicemail attachment, over to a card it is not working. It will show the file in the card but it has zero bits of information. If anyone else has had this issue and has a fix that'd be great.
They have tried both the web-based app and desktop versions and still experience the same issue.
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for reaching out!
Just to confirm, was this working before?
Do your tech support teammates have full permission on that board? Does the issue persist across different browsers?

Hello,
Sorry for the late response. It started working again randomly last week. Then every once in a while it won't again. Happens in every browser as well as with the desktop app. It worked the week before I made this original post just fine. The teammates have full permission on that board.
