Team Members showing 'On 0 boards'

Hi everyone, I've tried adding and removing a colleague from our one team board, and they are showing 'On 0 boards' despite clicking on the acceptance link - would anyone know what I'm doing wrong please? Thanks

Hi Andrew, you should be able to invite them directly from the board:
