Sorting List Issue's

Hi Guys!

The bulk of our data entry work that's input into trello is done off the desktop site, we then have workers that access the data via the app on either iphone's or Ipad's, our issue is when we sort the list in a certain order on the desktop site it is not syncing on the app to reflect same, we are having to also sort list in the app to keep in sync & ensure tasks that are needing to be complete on certain dates are showing in date order.

 

Is their a fix for this as we use to sort from the desktop site & it would sync on the apps to reflect same?

Hi Donna,

I would recommend hard closing the app regularly to restart it. If you leave the app open on your iPad or iPhone, this can sometimes cause issues with syncing.

This problem appeared after the last update they had. When the updated buttons to show or hide completed tasks. I run it on a Samsung. I can sort on a PC, but not on the phone. Then it stays at the top if I try to move it. Very annoying. If it is not resolved, it is a shame to have to change the app after so many years.
