Slack Power-up on multiple boards - channels work but mentions don't

I set up two slack channels. The information from Trello to those channels are working fine. The issue is the mentions. I'm getting notified on mentions from one board and not the other. Both are set up the same. Any idea on how to figure out the issue?

Could you show us some screenshots of how you have it set up so we can try to see why it's not working?

Are you using Butler to send the notifications?

I have one set up like this if it helps...
