We have recently added our team to Trello and I'm trying to figure out the best way to set up my team's page. I'm wondering if I should set up individual boards for each of my Team Areas, because I'd like them to be able to invite people to contribute to their board, without seeing other Boards on the Team Page. Thoughts

If you're looking to prevent other teams from seeing boards not relevant to them, you'll want to set their visibility to Private: https://help.trello.com/article/789-changing-the-visibility-of-a-board-to-public-private-or-team
Setting a board as private in your team makes it essentially invite-only, so your team members would only see the board within the team along with its contents, if they were added as a member of the board directly.
