Set up a second username for myself on ipad, I then deleted the wrong username on PC

Hi, Set up a second username for myself on ipad and deleted it from the board. Doh! I deleted the wrong username.  When I try to correct it by removing the 1 off the end it states "user name taken"  Now I cannot access my board, any ideas?

@Geoff Stanbridge can you describe what you mean by "set up a second username"? I don't really understand what steps you went through here.
