I already use the "send by mail" feature to create an automated card on Trello.
This feature is extremely handy, but because it is handy, I need it to be more specific. I would like to know if there is a possibility to send some infos to a specific list instead of the default list.
In other words, I have at least two differents needs to sort my mail, that would need to go to two differents Trello lists.

@Pierre France you can use a hash sign to add a label to a card when emailing it, and you can use Butler to sort emails into lists based on labels when emailed to the board.
I also have a product that lets you connect a board up to a Gmail account which allows you to map Gmail labels to specific lists in Trello, so if you can filter emails in Gmail automatically (Gmail's auto aliasing feature is useful for this) then you can have them go into specific lists:
