Searching for public boards

New to Trello.

Can I search for public boards in Trello - does not look like it. However, I can search on Google.

Example -:

• Trello board search "elementor" - nothing
• Google search "Trello elementor" - a public board shows

Is this expected beahaviour within Trello? Just wondering why public boards do not show up.

Hey Steve,

The search from your Trello board would yield results from boards and cards that you're a member of. It won't return searches like you're describing.

Appreciated - I wonder why Public boards would NOT work that way - seems like an oversight to me. Or perhaps, there is some reasoning behind this.

Trying to find Public boards on any topic should be available - no? Finding these boards outside of Trello (like Google) seems completely counter-intuitive to me.

But - I am just a newbie!
