Great question! There are a few different ways you can do this.
On the right hand side of your board you should be able to see a menu. You can filter the cards you see on your board there. Either by yourself, to see the cards that have your face on them. You can also filter by label here as well.
Alternatively if you would like to see the cards across all of Trello you can do this in the search box at the top of the page. You might find this article about searching in Trello helpful- http://help.trello.com/article/808-searching-for-cards-all-boards
