Search for cards "not" emailed in to the board?

We have created a process where people need to email their cards into a board. Ones that don't need to be deleted, some have slipped through the net (added themselves manually).

I've looked everywhere but can't find:

How do you search by "created by" or is there a way to see "cards added via email" so I can distinguish what I am looking for?

Hi 

You can tag a emailed card with a specific label with a butler rule like this 

when a card is emailed into the board, add the green "emailed" label to the card

Then just search a card with the specific.

I don't think. It depends on your use.

Do you use a specific name,  description or others items for emailed cards ?

No... they follow a template, but that template is also used by manually added.
