Saved work showing in app but not on laptop

Did a lot of work a couple of days ago and it is not showing up when I log in under two different computers. I logged and and logged back in and it is gone, however, I see the work on my app. Anyone else run in to this issue and have a resolution?

@Iain Dooley  - This is great information - thank you! I've tried these fixes but still do not see them.  The work is not showing on the actual board online or on the ios app. The work IS showing in the activity/highlights scroll. I was able to recreate but hope to not have to do that again. Hoping that was a fluke. Thanks for the response.
