Hi,
I had a working salesforce powerup up&running in Trello and since a few days ago I was unable to look for case from Trello.
I tried to erase auth information and start again but now I'm unable to authenticate again.
From the browser authentication windows shows and then it just disappears. I've catched this URL before browser window vanishes:
Is there any issue or bug at this moment?
Thank you.
Hi @Octavio Ruiz, welcome to the Community!
Based on the error in the URL I suspect there's a permissions issue on your Salesforce account's side. I found this support article from Salesforce which talks a little more about some ways that error message occurs: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000341519&type=1
In this case, I'd suggest reaching out to your internal Salesforce systems admin and ask them to take a look at your third-party app permissions in Salesforce. Here's an article you can send them: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.connected_app_manage_third_party.htm&type=5
If this doesn't help resolve the authentication issue, reach out to our support team directly at http://www.trello.com/contact and we're happy to take a closer look!

Is there any information you can provide me to ensure this access to Salesforce is secure? So I can send to my internal Salesforce systems staff? I believe this might be the issue here.
