Restrict rights to archive/delete cards

Is there any setting that can allow me, as a board admin, to restrict the rights of other users to archive/delete cards and only allow them to comment and move cards between lists?

@[deleted] I answered this same question yesterday with some API automation code to do something like this by unarchiving cards archived by people who are not admins of the board, however one of the moderators deleted my post. I have emailed the community manager to find out why, before I answer this question only to have it deleted again. Once the deleted post is restored, I can simply link you to the existing post I already did :)
