Now I delete the database, and then I re-create and start a new jira service. Then I want to import the previous data, but the data of the database is not backed up, but I see that there are some data in the export folder of the previous jira data, can I import this? I tested using this import, but after the import, I found that only the administrator user could log in, but there were other users in the database table, and there was information about the previous project in the database table, but the administrator user could not see the project information after logging in. Why? And how do I recover the previous data (the previous data files are all there, but the database has been deleted)?
