Requiring multiple conditions to be met in order to trigger a rule using butler.

Title says it all, I think: I would like to require multiple condition to be met in order for a rule to be triggered.

I'm guessing this is not currently possible, in which case, if anyone can suggest a work-around that would allow me to trigger a rule only if there is a single card assigned to a specific user, I'd greatly appreciate it.
