At ROC Rivor, our team has been using Trello for quite some time. The administrator of this tool was a colleague who is no longer with us. Since then, I, Yeter Avci, have been managing the Trello account using her login credentials to add or remove (new) colleagues within our team.
Currently, I need to make further changes in Trello, but I am no longer able to log in using the provided username and password.
I would like to kindly request that I be appointed as the administrator of the Trello account. Would this be possible?

Unfortunately, our team can't directly re-assign admin permissions for security reasons, but I've got a couple of workarounds that might help you out.
First off, you might want to consider upgrading to Trello Premium through a free trial. It gives you some handy features for managing teams, like letting Workspace administrators take control of all boards in the Workspace. Plus, you get a 14-day free trial to check it out: Trello Premium Trial.
Another option is if the previous admin’s email was a company one, like jim@yourcompany.com. If you've got access to that inbox through your email management system, you can reset the password at Atlassian's password reset page. Once you've logged in, you can make yourself an admin on those boards and then switch back to your own account. It might also be a good idea to make a few team members admins to avoid this happening again.

We understand that, for security reasons, it is not possible to directly reassign admin permissions. We will explore the following options:
Trello Premium Trial:
We have been using Trello for some time now, most likely a free version. If we consider upgrading to a Premium version:
Email access of the previous administrator:
We will check internally if we can gain access to the previous administrator’s email account via our email management system. If successful, we will reset the password using Atlassian's password reset page and implement the necessary changes. Additionally, we will consider adding multiple team members as admins to prevent such situations in the future.
