Request for academic discount not possible

I work at a university and want to apply for an academic discount for Trello. I found that I could get a 50% discount on Trello Premium based on my eligibility.

However, when I proceed with the request using the following link, it continuously loops, and I am unable to submit my request.

Could you please contact me with the solution? I am currently using the Premium trial version.

I know you had raised this issue before. The team is working on fixing that loop. A quick workaround for now is to answer no on the first question and yes on the second question (or vice versa i.e. you say yes on either academic or classroom but not both) as that will allow you to complete the rest of the form.
