I am new to Trello but would like to know if there is a way to run a report which reflects all open/closed Trello cards for a period of time (quarterly/annually).  Let me know if this can be accomplished.  Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! Also you could try Crmble Power up which is free and allow you to see graphics between the dates you choose. Also export filtered data to excel.
