Report that shows recent board activity using Trello's built-in automation tools

I'm looking for a way to automatically generate and email a weekly report that details all activity on the board for a set time range (i.e. last 7 days). The "activity" I'm referring to is the activity you find in the sidebar. Is there a way to do this using Trello's built-in automation tools (without paid plugins or powerups)? Thank you for any help you can provide!

There are only a few variables available on card age and time in list available. If you need know about the other actions and to send reports, the system keeps them on each card/board eg copyCard, createCard...etc You need to use API to get to them.
