Reply via card comment (Zapier)

Hi, i would like to automate the discussions with customers via trello, so each time i write a comment on a card, the comment will be emailed to the customer, im using the custom fields powerups to have a field for the client email, but i can't this field in Zapier so i can set it as a recipient for my email.

Anybody have ideas ?

Marta here, from Trello Support.

Right now, it's not possible to pass Custom Fields' information to Zapier and automate that action. However, if the email address is in the description or the card's name, I believe you should be able to achieve that with the Zap: "Send Gmail emails with new Trello card comments"
