We have a free account for Trello, and I need to remove a collaborator since they are no longer part of my organization. The only catch is that she is the ONLY admin of many boards and I only have member access - How do I become an admin of these boards so I can delete them? Any help would be great!
Samantha, free users cannot remove an admin. However, by upgrading to a paid plan you can become the admin of the workspace, and remove any user from your workspace.

Whoever starts the Premium trial or upgrades the workspace will become the admin for that workspace. To upgrade a workspace you can navigate to the "workspace settings" on the left hand navigation:

Great! And once I am an admin, can I go through that workspace and delete unnecessary boards we do not use anymore?
