Remove the option "Add another card" in some colunns

How can I disable the option "add another card" of all columns? We can add cards in all columns (doing, done, etc.). How can I disable this option of these columns to allow the creation of a card only at the "to do" column?

There is no way to do this.  You could add a Butler rule that watched all your lists except that list and archived the card, or sent the person a message.  Or you could just not give people that make cards access to the board and instead give them an email address to send their tasks to (and Trello would create the card in the right list for you).
