Remove a guest from a board that was formerly an administrator

Hello,

I want to eliminate a guest from a board. This person in his day was an administrator, but he no longer works with us. How can I eliminate it if it does not give me an option? The rest of the guests I eliminated without problem. From the support of Trello they do not give me an answer.

Hello @Elena Mosquera ! The board in question - is it part of a free or Business Class team? And are you an administrator on the board?
