I suppose that a person in charge per project can be registered in your project management system.
Therefore I suppose that it is easy to grasp a person in charge per project.
But if one person is registered in two or more projects at the same time, it is not easy to grasp projects per person.
Does your project management system have some structure eliminating the above troublesomeness?
Can users interrelate data of two or more projects?

It depends what is the ideal end result. Would you use table view for merging data from multiple boards, or you want to have a per user grouped Kanban board? See the example what I mean by user grouped kanban boad.

My purpose consists of three items.
Firstly, I want to grasp a person in charge per project.
Secondly, I want to grasp the details of projects per person.
Thirdly, I want to adjust the loads of persons for load balancing by using project management system.
Therefore I require a load adjustment function of project management system.
