Refund of Cancelled Business Class Subscription

I signed up to discover the free version of business class for my developer team, but I didn't necessarily want to subscribe. As I had filled in my credit card details, it was debited on December 03, 2020 

I cancelled the automatic activation of my subscription to business class, but it was too late; my bank account was debited without the possibility to ask for it to be credited again.
No contact available for such a request.
How do I proceed with refund of it?

You can talk with the Atlassian team and tell them in detail.

As it was about billing the community can't about it! Contact the Atlassian Team they are able to help you in the best possible way!
