When trying to link a zendesk ticket to a trello card, you can only search using a reference number when dealing with a claim or a URL link to the ticket, but it does not allow you to search by ticket number. Is this a feature that can be enabled? It would be alot easier to be able to search for a zendesk ticket on Trello when trying to add it to a trello card. Thanks
@Faiz_Malik The ZenDesk powerup is created by ZenDesk, so that's a feature request you'd need to make to them.
However, you might thing about using Trello as your helpdesk, there's the SendBoard powerup:
